We all know the designer Heather Bailey, and if you don't you'll get to know her now. She's the one that makes those extremely and delightfully colourful fabric and paper designs. She has some cute tutorials to share in her blog and I'm sure any little girl (and why not a boy as well) would love to have this cheerful flower pin weel!
